The Waste Handler is designed to deliver all of the outstanding performance characteristics of our standard loader as well as plenty of special integrated features to maximize productivity at the transfer station. They were designed to keep debris out of the machine while at the same time allowing for easy clean-out. The loader, with the guarding, keeps you up and running.
Quad Cool Cooling System
All of the coolers are isolated from engine heat for increased efficiency and durability. There are no stacked cores, and large service doors to provide quick entry for easy cleaning. The optional reversing fan automatically back-blows every 30 minutes to help cores from plugging and screens free of debris. Or, hit the button in the cab to activate the reversing cycle.
Guarding
Loaders that work in transfer stations should be guarded to overcome the hazards in that environment. Some Deere options for the 4WD loaders include:
Axle seal guards
Boom cylinder and hydraulic line guards that eject waste every time the operator raises the boom
Drive shaft guard
Extreme duty hydraulic bottom guards that protect the fuel tank, loader frame and engine frame
Rear-access platform with step and handhold
